We have shipped from Sweden to Scotland. It has been a year now, and still 2 boxes missing and broken items have not been followed up with insurance. Sadly the company is NOT responding to our requests/questions.

Terrible company quoted and paid a deposit when discussing how items where to be packaged increased quote by 2000gbp then never returned calls or emails to sort. Ended up 4 weeks later leaving the uk and the goods behind. Refused to refund deposit. I would not recommend using them they do not return calls are very professional when quoting and then do not deliver on what they promise.

Nos dieron un presupuesto , lo pagamos nos dijeron que recogeran nuestras cajas el lunes y all no se present nadie y ni nos avisaron Les contact ,me dijeron que pasaran el martes y tampoco pasaron Pagamos el servicio door to door se supone que son 10 das de envo Una vez que recogierom nuestras cosas nos piden pagar otra factura por el volumen de las cajas( aunque ya le habamos dado las medidas en su da )pagamos la factura y empieza una lucha por saber dnde estn nuestraa cosas , cundo nos van a llegar Mandamos emails y ms emails a Joan ,el encargado de nuestro envo y no recibimoa respuestas ,necesitamos llamar y mandar mas email para que nos contesten pidiendo perdn por la tardanza en responder estn esperando a poder enviar nuestras cajas Nuestraa cajas fueron recogidas el 22 de julio ,estamoas a 12 de septiembre y an no sabemos cundo nos llegarn No merece la pena contratarles!!

I am seeking others to contact me for class action legal claim. My name at g mail com I can't even begin to describe the issues. We left the UK A YEAR ago. They were due to collect in August from our family. Didn't show for all 4 dates promises. So we cancelled. They turn up open the garage and take boxes without telling us. Track it down and we agreed to move forward. Weeks and weeks of being sent very different invoice from agreed amount, then threatened with destruction of items if we don't pay extra for storage because of length of time they had our things due to their error with invoice. We paid up, sent in all documents. 2 months later we check on status as thinking it should arrive soon, hasn't left the UK, We call and the customs form we filed wasn't right so they deleted it but never informed us. We ask for support on filing it out, email and call promise...never came. It's now been 4 months 11 emails 17 voicemails left. Sent to 12 different emails of people within the company. We still have no response, no support and no items. I have a whole chain of proof and they have been given 7 says to respond before I seek legal action. I don't care about getting much of it but there are sentimental items from deceased relatives and every baby photo and report card and more I can never replace. I just want them to take my things back to my parents home and we will ship it out bit by bit ourselves.
