These folks specced and fitted a high quality front door, got 2 visits for measurement on a tricky install and everything was done perfectly by highly competent fitters. Recommended

We have been very happy with the look of the windows and the original installation service was good. Where the windows have fallen down has been in their longevity. After the 10 year guarantee expired we have had to have 8 units replaced because of misting and 3 more have just blown. Individual unit replacement is expensive and at this rate it is getting to the point where new windows throughout might be more economical. This is disappointing as TVW are not the cheapest, but we thought the quality and lifespan would be good. TVW said that it is not unusual for this to happen, although the units of our previous budget double glazing were still clear after a longer length of time. Perhaps bad luck, but worth being aware.

AVOID THESE COWBOYS! A total disaster from start to finish - shoddy installation, shoddy product, customer 'service' taught to constantly push-back/obfuscate in hope you'll go away, make promises don't deliver (still waiting on a piece of our roof from three years ago), don't honour the guarantee/warranty, will avoid anything that might cost them a bit of money. We should have stopped the process with the first error, now having to pay elsewhere to get many errors fixed. They just don't care. Do yourself a favour and give this lot a very, very wide berth.
