This business doesnt seem to operate anymore. They dont answer phone calls or messages after accepting bookings. Stay away or you will be let down too. It is interesting that after phoning, emailing and sending Facebook messages from the 12th to the 16th of December and previously on the 15th of November with no return calls, or messages. Only once I posted a review on Google did we get a response. Having foolishly never received any confirmation in writing obviously being ignored is deeply stressful when it is the 16th of December and you are leaving for your holidays on the 25th of December. Pets are like family members and a short text to say everything is in order and giving the date of the meet and greet would have meant the world, but instead, the choice was to remain silent and put us through an enormous amount of stress looking for other pet sitters. Please don't underestimate how much people's pets mean to them and communicate with your customers a simple text message would have put our minds at ease.

I thoroughly recommend We Love Pets who looked after my horse for two weeks when I came home my horse and yard were in better shape than when I left! Great professional service reassuring knowledgeable will use again! Thank you
