Cannot get an appointment at the practice anymore! I am not linked to the practice by Patient Access, so cant make one that way. I cant contact them on- line as the system keeps telling me this service is temporarily closed. The Receptionist showed me how make an appointment, on her phone, but when I tried at home could neither get through on iPhone or iPad. When I filled in a paper copy the doctor kept trying to contact me on my mobile, but never getting through - goodness knows why - so just leaving a message she couldnt contact me. So obviously she WAS getting through to my number. Each time I got this voicemail message I went down to the surgery and told them (4 times) and they finally arranged for the GP to ring my landline but I never heard from them again! At 11.45 pm I went to RBH A&E because I felt bad. Was there until 4.30am and was told to go and buy a generic Omeprazole. Now I want to see the GP butCANT GET THROUGH. Why cant they bring back the old booking system, where you could at least get an appointment?

This practice is amazing for the amount of work they have. Always get what I need. Thank you!

Personally the last couple of occasions I've had to contact the surgery for my unwell daughter it's been great. Filled in the online form, contacted within a couple of hours and an appointment that afternoon (albeit with locum doctors at a different location but who cares!) The doctors we saw were lovely and my daughter got the treatment she needed. It seems they have put things in place to get people seen.

This is the worst GP Practice I have ever had to deal with within Bracknell Forest.. I have only needed to be in contact on 3 occasions, all a complete nightmare. Last week I contacted them via the new online service for a GP appointment as I was in severe pain and received a call back from a Medical Assistant who stated a prescription would be issued that day and ready for collection in the evening. After 3 days of the Pharmacy telling me it hadnt arrived I tried calling the Practice. After being held in a queue for an hour I walked (painfully) to the Practice whilst still on hold with a recording message saying I was number 1 in the queue for over 30 minutes, I went to the reception to show them my phone was still connected (1hour 18 minutes) and she looked up on the system and advised the prescription was waiting to be signed by a Doctor. I finally got the prescription on the Friday afternoon, 5 days of unnecessary pain and suffering. Monday morning I requested online for a sick note for this week, once again nothing. If this was a private company they would not have any customers left. I wish mine was an isolated case but unfortunately talking to other residents in Warfield it seems to be a common complaint that the Waterfield Practice has no desire to deliver a quality service and treats its patients with little or no respect. I can only hope that the next Quality Care Commission review downgrades the current rating from good which might prompt the Partners to start taking action. Dont waste your time contacting the Practice Manager to complain, I tried previously and was treated to rudeness and contempt.

Perfect example of red tape, lazy staff and generally pointless processes. The online form is the only way of getting any help but it just gets ignored, you don't get any response until you phone anyway. Utter joke of a place i'm afraid. You're better off going to A&E (You'd wait less)
