Absolutely disgusted in this doctor I'm a mum on my own with 3 boys 9.3and 1 . They suffer with tonsillitis and chest infection.. the last 5 times I called to get them appointment they have had none and I've called first thing in morning absolute joke they fitted me in 1s with pharmacist and told me it was a doctors appointment but wasnt he sent my baby away saying that there was nothing rong hour's later I at to have ablance out got Rushed with seriously bad chest infection if it was left any longer would off been phenomena this doctors is a complete joke and would no advise any 1 to to be registered with them exspically kids and receptionists are very very rude and do not try to help very unprofessional

There is no care for the patients. I was so ill for two months to the point I found difficult to breath and my feet were so swollen I couldn't even walk. No face to face appointment was given but I was offered to talk to somebody on the phone. I accepted thinking "they will see me after I tell them how bad I feel" but I was very wrong. This man on the other side of the phone (almost sure he was a pharmacist and not a doctor), asked me just 2 questions and after that he gave me his diagnosis: I was perfectly fine. I was so very upset and I told him so and finally I had my appointment. There is also to add that I rarely go to the doctor unless I feel like dying, Dr Arora is too often rude and dismissive and I am an adult and I can't accept such a poor behavior and attitude from someone who should first of all respect me as human being.
