        Very wet day and staff did their best to get us inside. My appointment for Spring Covid vaccination did not take as long as expected. My sympathy to the volunteer gentleman in car park. Deserves a medal.

        I ask for a medical review Im told Ill get a back on a specified date at a specified time. Waited and waited. Nothing. Poor surgery. Laziness is second to non.

        Weve been with the Ringmead Medical Group since the 90s and always had great service from both the Birch Hill and Great Hollands sites. All the staff, nurses and doctors have always been very helpful and friendly. Something that stands out with Birch Hill is the exceptional way they always run their vaccine clinics. Our thanks to all receptionists, admin staff, nurses and doctors
