Great, friendly and efficient service! I ordered an item and realised after that it was out of stock in the colour I chose. I phoned the very next day and changed the colour and received the item less than 24 hours later.

The products variety is absolutely amazing. I am giving 1 start for the customer services. I found pram at a lower price and had submitted a price match request which their website says to get a response within an hour however, it's been days and still haven't heard from them. I chose to buy the product from other website! Shame as I wanted to get other stuffs from Natural Baby Shower I was just so disappointed.

Customer Service is seriously lacking. The man I spoke to this morning had such a demeaning tone. Your CSR's are customer facing and should make your customers feel heard, understood and provide adequate resolution. I tried to provide constructive feedback that it is not clear in the checkout when you are placing an order paying an extra 12 quid for Sunday delivery on a Saturday, that there is a noon cut off meaning you are paying that fee to wait an extra week. Instead of saying something to the effect of, thank you for the suggestion, I will make sure that information is passed to our continuous improvement team, as I can appreciate how that is misleading as a customer. He instead responded with oh it is listed in our terms and conditions, as if people should be expected to read that in its entirety before placing an order. Point is, be nice and do what you can to take onboard suggestions to make the checkout process as clear as possible. i.e. specify the delivery date, have a pop up that you have passed the cut off time etc. Disappointing.
