Poor communication from conveyancers. Made to feel like a nuisance instead of a customer

I wish I would have read the comments before hiring them. My mortgage advisor did recommend them so I truest him but I have never experienced such a bad service in my life. No onboarding, no personal contact all you get is an email to download an app to provide documents and an invoice. I would highly recommended to not hire them especially as first time buyers as you will not receive any guidance whatsoever.

Appalling service. Impossible to get the solicitor on the phone, just bounced around by the call centre. No response to most emails. Then they will email to say they need another piece of information, which should clearly have been flagged up previously. Completion delayed twice now. Who knows when I might actually get to buy my house. Very upsetting and stressful.

I can not possibly tell you how bad this company is, before engaging with them just see if you can get anyone to answer the phone and that is your answer. Avoid at all costs!

Complete waste of time. Similar experience to some of the other reviews where there is no communication, no information about process, and I have just been informed 3 months after I instructed them that they "closed the file" because a solicitor on the other side made a mistake in communication. No-one at ProConveyancing told me they had closed the account, no-one returned my pre-funded amount. Unbelievably unprofessional and you should never never use them.
