The other reviews got it right. Slow, old, incompetent, cheeky till staff. Essentially stole twenty quid from me by scanning a product, not putting it into the bag whilst I was distracted, not giving me a receipt and then acting like they don't know what happened when I came back 5 minutes later.

Very rude staff member behind the till. I didnt catch her name as I was busy being in shock from her rudeness. She was behind the till counting down the time to leave/shift ending very loudly. When I was clearly struggling with my toddler who had already been bounced between and waited in 2 different queues and was asked to move back to the first queue again (due to which till could add money into specific cards), Im told oh move will you when I am getting him to put back something he had picked up off the shelf by the till. Very rude! Yes it was busy but some common customer service skills wouldnt go amiss. Wont be returning here. Im sure most with young children would understand how challenging it can be at the best of times in shops, let alone when youve been queuing ages. I was honestly shocked. It was at approx 1:45/2:00pm yesterday.

Lovely shop very clean and well stocked. The only drawback was Nicky very sullen and moody non communiticave, lighten up when your at work dont want to be brought down. Will go back if another person on till
