Worker 1 dealing with amazon collections says system to sign out items to me is down and come back tomorrow (not in the area, so of no use to me), another worker (2) on walking past reveals that a responsible person should be called, worker 1 says she's not answer g, worker 2 asks me to come back in about 1 hour. Worker 1 needs more training in customer service.
