Asked to post a selection of small parcels. Very rude staff explaining I was there the day before and posted a parcel (one small parcel) so I couldn't post any more. I asked their parcel capacity which they responded 10 parcels a day. I asked how many they were happy for me to send, they replied 2. After a challenging conversation trying to convince them to take my 2 parcels they then lowered that to 1 parcel and told me they "were NOT a parcel shop". Very rude and condescending staff, do not go here to send or receive parcels use the Shell garage down the road, very helpful and polite staff. Yodel need to discontinue using this local store!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you arent willing to take Yodel parcels, do not offer the service. Whilst Im aware there is daily capacity of what they may be able to take, it is unacceptable to be rude, Ill-mannered and intimidating to lone female customers. Will never use again and would hope others stay well clear

A good selection of necessities if you're desperate, the service varies depending on who works on that day. They seems to have a real bee in their bonnet about sizes of packages that are being collected by Yodel. Personally, I'm of the belief that is a problem they need to solve as a convenience store rather than peer pressuring customers about this as it's a service they are most likely being paid to offer on Yodel's behalf. Generally almost all items are about 10-20% more expensive than you would pay at other supermarkets.
