        I am a landlord and requested this company to do a boiler inspection and other work on a property I have. Refused to send a landlords certificate until I paid which I did immediately then after 5 phone calls and email they still have not sent the certificate. Totally frustrating company who promise all on the phone but don't deliver. DO NOT USE.
