The worst epos company ever. A man called Ash deals with all the sales who also happens to be one of the director but never remembers your order. I never got the emails or call backs they promised me. I had to go through 5months chasing him to place an order but finaly i drove straight to their office in bracknel 2 months before i opened my takeaway. Everyday I almost called asking for my equipments I paid for. Ash kept lying to me saying it is sent but finally the day before i open I had to drive all the way to slough 4 in the morning to collect the equipments because they havnt sent it. He convinced me that they were the best but the service I got was poor. For some reason I dont understand why they only have one person dealing with sales, I dont think Ash can handle it on his own. Too make matters worst on thursday early morning when I collected the equipments Ash told me dont connect it up untill he tells me to. Now it is sunday I still havnt got a working epos, I have been struggling in a busy shop and they have noone to support me after falsely claiming to have late night support. The reason Ash gave me is that they are busy over the weekend for an exibition hence why there is no one to help me. I think they should really look at looking after existing customers before going on exibitiin recruiting more. The worst company I've dealt with and regret signing up to them. It was a very big mistake and anybody opening a business dont bother with zpos. When i messaged Ash last night enquiring about the cancellation procedure and that I wasnt happy about not receiving their services, he replied saying he didnt want to work with me from the beginning, to sent a cancellation email and never to contact him again. I cant believe companies like this have customers. After 8months from the first conversation I had with Ash I still dont have a working epos till sustem. I just dont know how. I've went out my way to visit him in bracknel. Pay for the service again in bracknel. Collect the equipments in Slough. I didnt have to do all that if they sent the equipments on time, sent me my invoices on time. Anyone is more than welcomed to contact me about my experience with them and I will only give you my honest experience. As a start business it has really impacted my business negitively.
