I have a few netgear products but no longer will I buy. Ordered a fast time wifi extended as the page clearly said delivery tomorrow - no where did it say estimated until I received the purchase order. Phoned customer services and it was honestly like speaking to a four year old. Literally not one care given. Minutes went by on occasion where neither of us would speak because they had made statements like well I dont know where your item is! I mean what do Indonesian that information?? Item arrives and then doesnt connect to my virgin media. Terrible terrible service and yet again another company thats gone down the pan post covid because its staff clearly want to work from home.

I wish I had never placed an online order on the Netgear website. 800 out of pocket, no delivery and appalling call centre. Netgear should be ashamed.
