Today, we needed to sit and chill as my brother in law had a leg injury. We popped in at 5.50pm, the first thing the lady said was, we are closing in 5 mins and it wasnt polite. I asked if we were ok to order drinks and she said yes but we close in 5 mins so you can have it in a take away cup. We said that was was fine but when she was making the drink, she was just slamming the equipment and being quite rude. You could see she didnt want to make us the drinks and it was a very poor experience. I understand it was coming towards the end of the shift, but the lady could have said, Im really sorry, we are due to close in 5 min but I can make drinks in a take away cup. We decided to leave as she had very poor customer services and she was an elderly woman, shift was on Saturday - closing. We appreciate people have a long shift etc but being kind, doesnt cost anything.
