Hot Wok

I love Hot Wok and I have had proper withdrawal symptoms, as it has been closed for a fortnight. I will be ordering this week, for sure. The staff are friendly and always accommodating - especially Denis! Had a lovely birthday treat last month. Thank you!

Ordered meal A for one person. It was ready in 2 mins. Walked home opened it and the chicken chop suey was the worst thing I ever seen come from a Chinese. It was a tub of bean sprouts and sliced carrots with some chicken that looked like it processed, couldnt eat it as it just tasted like water and bean sprouts. The pork balls are fine but the sweet and sour sauce was not sweet and sour sauce it was ok sauce but made with vinegar. All in all none of it was edible. I call to complain and the guy hung up the phone. You can rip people off once but you will run low on custom. By far the worst Chinese I have ever tried to eat.

Made me wait for my collection order while they served all the delivery services, deliveroo etc. Then they forgot me and my order was left somewhere getting cold. Also everything was overcooked especially the chicken balls. Dreadful.
