Order took over an hour to come. Manager was not sympathetic or sorry at all. Never ordering again

I usually like the Paneer rice from Pepe's especially the one in Bracknell. Unlike the last time the order prepared wrongly. I requested for an Extra Hot Paneer rice like every other time but this time they handover me an Extreme Hot Paneer rice label with Paneer rice and which is very disappointing. I drove nearly 25 miles to collect this order and very upsetting. I am not sure if i go back as it happened one in many times. But it would be food if they are not serving the wrong orders.

I usually like the Paneer rice from Pepe's especially the one in Bracknell. Unlike the last time the order prepared wrongly.
