Absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Had to cancel the booking and gave 24 hours notice First the lady asked my wife to pay full amount for cancellation. She actually asked for card details. Few minutes later I got a call from this guy who was outright rude using the f word. I tried to explain the situation and said we would book it for a later date. But he kept saying we will never book it and we f... ng time wasters. Would you want to be booking people with such attitude. I wouldn't. There are many other cleaning companies to go to.

This company has the worst customers service that have ever experienced. I contact them to get the carpet clean of a room, in a rent property. My landlord contacted me the day before of my booking, letting me know that he is going to change the carpet. I contact again Craig, who works for this company, to cancel my booking and his answer was IF I AM TAKING THE PISS .... and that I am a TIME WASTER... Instead of reacting in such a immature way he could engage a customer for future needs, just understanding that tenants don't have the power of decision in a matter like that.
