Had a great experience after booking car in for a brake replacement. Lilani was lovely. Very efficient, courteous and helpful. Work was completed in the advised time frame & included a very necessary car clean!

Ignored for an hour trying to collect car from service. Charged 150 to tell me what I already knew and carried out no work. Felt really ripped off and mistreated. Im sure if you buy a new car from then they might show some interest, but for service - avoid.

With only 20364 miles on my Mercedes GLC 250d, and on topping up on AdBlue, the low AdBlue/Engine Warning notifications failed to cancel. Booked into Mercedes Ascot for a diagnostic test, and told a new replacement NOX Sensor and AdBlue Tank is required?. It took three weeks with the car off road to get the replacement sensor, but still do not see why the AdBlue Tank also should fail so quickly, but with an MOT retest this resulted in an invoice for 2190.04 inc VAT. Having questioned both the Garage and Mercedes-Benz UK if I can expect the same premature failures in a further 20,000 miles or less, and asked if these components are associated with the current legal "Diesel Emissions Claims", both parties declined to give a straight forward answer?. So not at all happy with the performance and customer service of my first and probably last Mercedes-Benz.
