Dirty, encrusted tables and cutlery. Staff need serious training. Putting high chairs away without cleaning them and flicking crumbs off tables with a dry cloth. I had to use napkins and some boiling water from the hot drinks machine to scrub our table. It was filthy. They shouldnt walk away for a chat halfway through serving someone and they certainly shouldnt clear the table when youre still eating. Even pulling my partners plate away as she lifted a piece of toast from it. We were left finishing our toast with no plates. I did say something but she ignored me and took everything away The food was ok.

Greasy menus, cutleries aren't well washed. The front of house staff only concentrated on cleaning the tables. I had to wait on the till while they were ignoring me. Noticed that it happened to other customers as well while I was having my lunch. Never again!

Food was good but restaurant was cold and the cleaning is definitely not up to scratch dirty cutlery, teapots, knives and forks also tables were dirty. During this current climate with winters bugs and viruses I would expect better
