I have just telephoned to ask if I could make an appointment to arrange switching my all my banking arrangements from another bank and also seek advice regarding making some financial investments. I was told, sadly in my view, that one cannot make such an appointment and that you simply turn up at the branch and, as I interpreted it, "speak to one of the advisors". In view of the significance (to me at least) of switching virtually all my financial matters from my existing Bank I was disappointed with this response.

I really liked this team. But i dont know what happened. I tried to update my life insurance on line, didnt workmore as 3 weeks waiting for phone call, 3 times pop in to bank to remind about my request. Shame, you ignoring me? But you like payments. Rimi
