Good shop, easy to park at. Easy to find what I'm looking for. Got lots of paint and testers. Lots of flooring to choose from and show rooms. Open on weekends. Always a pleasant experience.

Got what I needed but what dreary retail experience. Genuinely looks like a business that is about to go out of business. Dirty, dirty car park, poorly maintained trolleys, extremely tired and badly stocked retail offerings. Total lack of engagement by staff. Thought exactly the same this time last year when I happened to go in there. Seems like nothing has changed. Wish I had just gone to B&Q who at least locally are on a different level.

And the saga continues .. had an email response due to our first Trustpilot review below we gave them the information required (3rd time of doing so) and you guess it .nothing. We are told Customer Service can not even contact their own Installation Managers to get them to correct the appalling workmanship.. The wait continues .. be warned read the TrustPilot and Google reviews before you commit any money to Wicks (God, I wish we did) and good luck if you do.. Previous review posted on Trustpilot. Spent 25k on a kitchen in March, started work in July and still not completed ..... Showroom Design Manager visited home to see the poor workmanship and unfinished areas, but has no authority to help nor can the Showroom Manager ( honest this is what they said ...happy to take the money though)!!!, Now pushed on the Customer Service team who acknowledge the issues from the reports and photos - but don't have any authority to do anything - Apparently its the Installation Mangers responsibility to sort out issues - no one else's .... but the Installation Manager doesn't respond to any emails or contact from customer service.... No one at Wicks will take any responsibility or ownership, no one rings back or gives us updates, everyone says there are issues to sort and promises they will do what they can - but we never get a call back and we simply have to start again with whoever answers the phone when we call every week !! .... Awful experience, Awful communication, Awful company .... 25K on a dream kitchen which is now a nightmare !!..some of the photos below.. UPDATE . 11th April 23 . Over a year from the start of ordering and paying for our kitchen STILL AWAIT ALL ISSUES TO BE FIXED Wicks admit poor workmanship with the insulation and attended our home to correct the issues . Some parts had to be ordered so are still outstanding .. THIS WAS 10 WEEKS AGO. Regret we are still on the journey to get our new kitchen completed to an acceptable standard. So very stressful on our family life thank you WICKS !
