        I had a great first session on the Wednesday night - small group of women just here to enjoy some boxfit! 5/5 friendly atmosphere 5/5 attentive female trainer 5/5 great workout Definitely will be back!

        Great genuine boxing gym, all the equipment and facilities you want including lockers and shower facilities, friendly group, drop ins are 3 a time! I've paid more than that for a coffee! Also personal training available (couldn't recommend Keith Marner highly enough)

        The Wednesday evening it's ladies night with Jane a really nice coach. This is an excellent boxe session. Really good quality for the price. Friendly and accessible.
