        Fantastic and fast service. Karl figured out which Bottom Bracket I needed, as it was an unusual type, ordered it and had it fitted in a few days. Amazing workshop, friendly and knowledgeable, what more could you need? Happy to have a new place to look after my pride and joys. If you have a road bike that needs work Karl is the only option.

        Just had my specialized SL7 fully serviced by Karl at Vlo. He also fitted a new ceramicspeed bottom bracket and OSPW and waxed chain. My bikes never ridden this good; its so smooth and the gear changes are crisp. Ive found my new go to bike shop!!

        Karl came the next day, fixed a problem with one bike (including having to go and get a part) and serviced four more. He was friendly, efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more highly.

        Got Karl to come out and index my gears, called on a Friday and he was with me the following morning. Nice guy and great service, for what I had done and the fact he came to me the price was spot on. Will definitely be using when my bikes need there full service. thanks

        Karl was super helpful and fixed my bike wonderfully! Definitely the place to go if you want your bike fixed but dont have time or the means to bring it somewhere!
