I came here for my first facial and it was so relaxing! All my skincare needs were targeted in the treatment and I was made very comfortable. The prices are also more affordable than other places.

5/5 is not enough for the kindbess I experienced today. I really am not trying to diminish another business because I feel that Natural beautys reputation speaks louder than that. However, I feel my experience today needs to be shared. Before visiting Natural Beauty today, I went to a different eyebrow bar. They had completely messed up my eyebrows and tried to blame me for the mistake, saying that it was the way my eyebrows grew. She kept referring to them as wild and bushy which I thought was a little rude. When she styled them, they were really bad and I honestly cried at the thought of three weeks of people making fun of them. They were like two squiggly lines drawn on by Sharpie. I came to Natural, not having heard of it before or having any idea if they could help, but I was desperate and decided to go and ask. Nikki was amazing! She first spoke to me about what had happened and tried to make me feel less anxious and upset about it. Then she talked me through what she was going to try first. Once I was in the chair she was so kind and gentle and she really did make me feel better. The eyebrows were saved! No more wiggly lines! They were shaped beautifully and she even promised she could get them perfect in the next session! Which I do not doubt as she had worked a miracle this time round! The price is the cheapest in Bracknell, which surprised me because the salon looks so professional! Bright and contemporary decor, perfectly cleaned, it's really a hidden treasure.
