Nobody was there at anytime even if the opening times said it should be open.

Sadly, Clements are rarely open for business. I live, literally, 30 second walk away, however, they are closed whenever I walk over throughout the day at reasonable times that one would expect to get a hair cut. Thankfully, there is Henry's at Bullbrook which is a few min drive or half hour walk, well staffed and open every day. Clements are a stock, so after giving them so many chances, I have become so disgruntled that I take my business elsewhere as I have witnessed many others from our community do, they are now at Henry's. Clements & Son are rubbish 1* & fortunate to get that after the months and months of inconvenience they have caused me. Don't recommended to anyone, not a business, I expect they will no doubt fold at some point?! 27/07/19 (a year later with update). The owner replied to my prudent comments calling me "childish" for mentioning the business folding, choosing to call it "booming," - 2 weeks ago and they are closed for good! "Childish eh? Hate to say it...but I told you so, you should have listened...no hard feelings - but delighted to hear the news!

I have not been to Claments for many years. In fact I use to go there 25 years ago. It was so good to go back there and see the changes. I hear senior Clement is well and retired. I am happy for him. Today I had my haircut by Clement Son. I was blown away. The haircut was done in a way that I was not use to. I tend to go to Henry's. My haircut was done slowly and I walked away very happy. Usually others can be scissors happy, but not today. I felt like a customer. Not just a number. I highly recommend getting in early. I did not even have to wait long. I will be going back. Best 11.50 for a gents haircut.
