        I started banking with Barclays in Ascot when I was young, but now know that Barclays continue to invest heavily in fossil fuels. Its very disappointing! I dont want my money to be fuelling the climate crisis so I have transferred my account to a more ethical bank. Come on Barclays, move with the times.

        Really nice staff member Denise I believe yesterday, this used to be a bad review but the staff have changed and its a much nicer branch now.

        A bank that closes before 3.30pm? Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. People use highstreet banks for convenience. If they're going to start doing this and never be open then just use Starling and Monzo. They've already got rid of vital services, then the physical staff altogether so you use machines... and now you can't even make it inside before they shut up shop.

        I have never been so disgusted with the way I have just been treated today by Barclays customer service. Don't anyone buy the Tech pack as you can't actually claim! They are not interested in sorting out the problem with their CONTRACTOR. Been a costumer for over 30 years but clearly not valued. Need to do much better @barclays bank
