        I visited Natwest Bracknell branch earlier this week as I had issues opening an account. We met Pooja Seth at the branch who was very helpful and sorted out the issue in a matter of few minutes.

        Spent 30mins filling out forms for a request, which they then lost and claimed I didn't send. Spoke to the employee who stated that she "forgot". Highly unprofessional.
