        I purchased a new bike online for collection, website was easy to use and descriptions of products and services were clear to understand. Collection in store was easy and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the bike and service package I purchased.

        We popped in to see if somebody could check over my friends car as the engine light was on and its her first car and we were doing our first long drive from Brighton to Bristol. The man who helped us was so lovely, we didnt get a name but he was ginger with long hair and helped us at 5pm on 28 April 2023. He was so kind and reassuring to my friend as a new driver and let us know what it most likely was. He listened to the engine and checked the coolant. He was amazing help!! He deserves a pay rise.

        Massive shoutout to Pharrell who sorted out the Dr's car headlight for us in super quick time to keep the car on the road for the nightshift! Polite, helpful and good conversation, we really appreciated his help and speed in changing the headlight for us!
