On the positive side the staff are excellent in the way they handle issues. They are polite and courteous and respond immediately - I would give a 5 star rating if this review was simply about them. However it isnt. I have just spent 2 weeks at the Beneficial Apartments Bracknell and would never stay there again! The apartment is great; it is comfortable and has everything you would want but thats as far as my praise will go. The location is unbearable. It is surrounded by the extremely busy A322 Berkshire Way and there is traffic from 5am until 11pm. The apartments are above a gym which is open 24/7 so vehicles are coming and going. The gym bunnies have no consideration for residents They stand in the car park at 2:30am chatting and laughing loudly. I can only deduce that the windows in the apartments are single glazed as you can hear every word spoken. As parking spaces are limited during the day they simply form a queue waiting for the next available space. They evidently dont care about anyone elses access and cause traffic jams on the main thoroughfare, unsurprisingly! Dont stay here if sleep is paramount as its just too noisy. The local chavs speed along the access road in their chavmobils honking their pathetic horns every evening after 10pm. Dont stay in any apartment on the 3rd floor as you will be woken anytime between 10pm and 11:30pm by someone above stomping about, obviously with no consideration for the apartments below. Over the course of my 2 week stay I calculate that I lost 20 hours sleep! This is not acceptable. House of Fisher do not give you a parking permit as evidence of your daily payment of 6.00 so you are at risk of receiving a Parking Fine Notice of 100 per day - this happened to me. Credit to the staff for resolving this matter immediately.

Great stay at Beneficial House. Ideally located for business park, retail park/Hollywood bowl & Lexicon shopping centre. Check-in process was extremely easy, the apartment was very clean & very spacious with 2 bathrooms. Shower was excellent, beds were excellent and even had sky sports in the apartment so was able to watch Tottenham game before going out. Family really enjoyed the stay and had a great time, a real home from home experience

There appears to be a parking scam going on here. Daughter stayed over on way to London with her liver transplant 3y/o (needing checks) + 2 other children. She pre-paid for parking - they filled in her parking form + gave her a mass of other info. She put the form in the window as instructed- -and got a HUGE parking fine. She took it up with reception , they said right at the bottom of the form in tiny letters where it said vrn she should have filled in her Car Reg Number. At no point was this mentioned by reception who said *they filled in the form - not her. There was nothing in the mass of information handed to her, or on the booking site explaining vrn on form was Car Reg Number and must be filled in by her, not them. She had 2 sick children with her and reception said it was her fault. This seems likely to be deliberate obfuscation on the part of BF the hope of making cash out of guests. If it was a mistake/sloppy admin on their part they should refund the cash this time, and make sure they get it right next time & make this very clear for future clients, but they refused. So - be warned! HAVING READ THE RESPONSE dated 6/1/20 from the owner below - and not being able to reply to it for some reason, I would say to BH that since you are the parking company's employers , or at very least their enablers, that you make *very clear * to future guests in your otherwise detailed info that *they must fill in parking details on this slip of paper, not your receptionist. You are responsible for handing guests the relevant paperwork and instructing them accordingly, not the parking company. According to other staff at BH my daughter talked to this 'oversight' & thus guests being slapped with up to 3-figure fines, is a not infrequent occurrence, so certainly someone is doing very well out of it. If you want to keep guests happy and returning to BF you really need to sort this out.
