Lived here for about 2 years. The flat was filthy when I moved in but I was told it was cleaned. The oven was full of grease, the toilet seat was broken, the toilet was full of mould and urine stains and some of the light bulbs were not working. We had to clean the apartment top to bottom ourselves and also buy a new toilet seat and fit it ourselves because the "professional" service of Platform said it would take 2 or 3 weeks to get the toilet seat replaced. If there was ever any problem in the apartment that needed to be changed or fixed, you'd be ignored. I have several emails and text messages stored that talk about issues with the flat and none of these emails were ever dealt with or replied to. This place was a terrible place to live. I'd honestly stay away.

Great location. Lovely residents. However, the management is dreadful. Our tenancy ended 5 weeks ago and we've received no communication from anyone about deposit returns, anything. We've been constantly asking and trying to get answers but for nothing. Avoid this company.

I moved out of the platform a month ago, and I haven't received my deposit yet. Then today, I received an energy bill from the energy company provider for the period I had already left the building. None answered the phone today when I tried to get in contact
