        Good product but very difficult to get hold of anyone when you need something fixed.

        Looking for a software? *** DON'T LOOK HERE! *** All you will find is terrible service! I have been overcharged without an explanation. I was overcharged in November 2018 and requested to get a call back and sent many emails in the mean time and made many phone calls. I was told the "accounts department" will get back to me but till date no one has. It is now March 2019! STILL NO CALL BACK!

        Do not use! Unless you want to be held ransom for licences that you do not use and pay through the nose for!!

        It was excellent when it was 1st introduced, we were able to speak with people at Jupix and get help and it was all very personal...now it has been bought out by Zoopla and i'm afraid that service is no longer. I just tried speak to someone, after searching for a phone number i just got a message basically saying "look it up" or "leave us an email". The system itself is excellent...as for customer service, not so much, but then i'm old school and like to speak with people. UPDATE: I emailed my inquiry and had a response within 30 minutes.
