I have used this site a couple of times now to collect stuff for my work placements and found it to be excellent. I have bought multiple pairs of the Kong gloves and they feel extremely durable, the quality on them is worth the price. My hands feel warm and protected when wearing them. One of the items wouldn't let me add it to my basket as I couldn't order what size I wanted, the link just wasn't there on the site so I emailed their Customer Service to inform them and it was fixed pretty much as soon as they saw my email which I thought was outstanding. They have a lot of the basic equipment to keep you safe and legal with ADR requirements, I'd highly recommend checking out these guys to see what they have in stock. Thanks to them I now carry a small capsule of sterile eye fluid in my pocket just incase and some Nitrile gloves to wear when refuelling, it's amazing the stuff that you didn't know you needed when on site...

Was looking to order a of safety glasses online from this business. I thought that as this was a UK based company, the shipping charges would equal 2 or 3 pounds. To have a pair of glasses costing less than 11 delivered would cost in excess of 31. Product cost- 10.71. DPD delivery- 15.45. VAT- 5.23 (VAT calculated on delivery too?) Total cost -31.39. Delivery cost are to be expected but that is ridiculous! Thanks for replying. I understand a business requirement for efficiency but packing and postage costs surely need to be relevant to the size and weight of the order? Thanks for the further clarification on your shipping costs although I fail to see how processing a single pair of safety specs into a small box or envelope costs as much as processing 100 or 1000 units of the same into a crate or a container? Thanks for the update on VAT being applicable to shipping costs.

Ordered PPE for our company online , they took payment then emailed to say they hadnt got the items in stock . 8 weeks later after emailing them they eventually offered different type items , took another 3 weeks to dispatch . Now after jan 1st they were subject to customs charges of 80 due to brexit. This could have been avoid if items were sent in November when first ordered and paid for . Poor customer service . Wont be using them again .
