I have been with this company for near 10 years, fully bought my software, and pay support which has increased in costs 100% in 10 years. As an independent local estate agency, we are very much customer focused, we take pride in the level of service we offer. We support our customers and we would expect VEBRA to support its customers. ( I.e us) This company Does Not they DO NOT care about the smaller locally run independent companys. The software we use had issues and never really got resolved. In the beginning you could call and someone for support and they did always answered the phones, we never had to wait. Well now its email and leave message for support ( this is returned in a day or two and sometimes 5 days ) Invoice they dont even add your VAT, I have to add this manually. Was told this upgrade took 6-7 months it was 9 months and still not working. If you want changes to the software ( which will help you to work smarter) it can take years, however they dont look at small company requests only corporates... that in its self is shocking. I had paid for Alto upgrade, but had concerns over no internal marketing, so asked for another demo and for the staff to also see this, this was back in Oct/Nov 2018... We are still awaiting this.. I have chased this up many times, and received a call yesterday by a very rude Manager.( Mr Graham Smith) the very same person that signed me up 10 years ago. When you try to speak to this manager you are shot down and spoken to like your beneath him, attitude, cocky, rude. Where does it say :- talk to customers with no respect or decency ( all we are asking is help with the new system and demo before we fully commit ) Appalling service from the managers of Vebra live property software group part of Zoopla
