I called Dave at Ox Property Services to come and have a look at our leaking boiler and I was so impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism from the word go. Unfortunately the boiler had to be condemned but Dave was able to quickly provide a quote, order the boiler and arrange a fitting within 4 days. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and explained any issues that arose with our antiquated system! He left everything clean and tidy and more importantly, with the heating and hot water restored. I would thoroughly recommend and will use Dave for our yearly boiler inspections going forward. It's a relief to find a tradesman who is so friendly and professional. Thanks so much!

Contacted Ox Property Services to come and take a look at our boiler that had supposedly been serviced earlier in the year. Dave came out within a few days and was brilliant from the off, not only having to relay the bad news that we had been subject to a 'rogue trader' but also giving us options as to what to do to fix it. As the boiler was just out of warranty we decided to get a new one fitted and the job was done within the week. Absolutely over the moon with the professionalism and speed of service and could not recommend Dave highly enough.
