Great chicken shish with chips, medium portion was smaller than in other chippies I used, but the ratio of everything was perfect and it tasted great! Cant wait to try other stuff

Really disappointed to say I ordered food for delivery through foodhub. Ordered and paid at 9.30pm was told delivery by 11pm. I called them just after 11 to ask if food would be here soon to be told they had attempted delivery 4 times and there was no answer. I explained that noone had been to my house, Id been in the whole time and was sat possibly 2 meters away from the front door in the living room so there was no way I had missed them knocking 4 times. I asked if she had read my instructions to get to the house as where we live the postcode takes you elsewhere, it was at this point she read those instructions and said they would deliver at some point but couldn't tell me when (therefore my understanding she went to the wrong address) I explained it was very late and that actually I'd rather go to bed than wait for the food if no ETA was available, it was 11.15 at this point so I didn't think this was unreasonable. I asked for a refund, I was shouted at and told no, she said she tried to call me but again no missed call on the number I left on the instructions. (which she hadn't read) Eventually she hung up on me and is refusing to refund. I have contacted foodhub to which she said informed them she had delivered, and therefore foodhub refused my refund also. As someone who works in this industry the last thing I wanted to do was leave a negative review, I had hoped to resolve this privately, however I am now left with no choice, I'd just like a refund of a product I never received, I don't think this is an unreasonable request!
