Brackley Care Home

A very welcoming environment for both staff and residents. My settling in wouldnt have been as slick if it wasnt for the amazing team at Brackley care home, staff, residents and residents relatives are all amazing. The management is great, approachable and very supportive of staff. I am pleased with the organizations commitment for the protection of health and safety of its employees, residents and visitors. Overall working at Brackley care home is immensely rewarding, financially and also in terms of career growth and development!

Excellent management and procedures put in place for best quality care. Home purposefully built, Very powerful team of Health care staff with proper collaboration and strict follow up if quality care procedures. Good pay of staff and excellent motivation from the management. Staff excellently exercise their rights and they are being listened to. Residents care needs are offered with timeliness and completeness

Horrible employee, horrific place for employers. They dont follow policies and procedures. Place that their the persons who running it they dont provide support or even respect. I would not recommend to anyone as an employee this review is from an experience. No star review will describe better this review. However this is reviewed as a ex employer and not as a family member or inpatient.
