        They took my car after an incident to be assessed for damage and repairs. I heard nothing from them after they took my car. No courtesy call to explain what they found, why they assessed certain things as damaged, or even to arrange for me to collect my personal possessions from the vehicle. I only used them as Admiral advised it. I wouldn't use Admiral or Steer again.
