        Spent ages choosing kitchen and then when details were sent to our builder half the stuff is missing. It was a huge decision to have it done and now Im just gutted. Check every detail.

        Purchased a kitchen with all appliances from them and within a short space of time the fridge stops working, from the first call until now I have been fobbed off with excuses and poor service including an engineer ordering parts before he has even visited to find out the fault. Customer service were equally poor agreeing to call back in a time frame which they failed to meet. Overall POOR service all round, quick enough to make the sale and take my money but not interested when their product fails.
