Don't even deserve the one star review. They were rude about my friends size, looking her up and down and stating they wouldn't have anything for her before she even asked. Just disgusting. It's meant to be the best day of someone's life. I wouldn't share it with these vile specimens.

This was the second bridal shop I visited when trying to find my wedding dress and I can honestly say it was a 1000 times a better experience. The lady who works there Tracey was soo helpful, she was very much trying to find the prefect dress for you and within your budget and the selection of dresses available to try was great and the quality of the dresses is fantastic, I think I tried on 8 different dresses. They have all the different styles to try and as they only see one person at a time you have the whole shop to yourself for around 2-3 hours so you very much feel like a VIP, it is the special experience and memories you want when looking for a wedding dress. They also provided me with the details for someone with experience to alter the dress, luckily we ordered the prefect size and it was just to take up the length. I can certainly confirm the great customer service after I had a panic and messaged her about my dress while on order, Tracey happily chatted with me and helped to put my mind at ease, as soon as the dress arrived she was right i loved it. I cannot recommend this little bridal shop enough. The customer service and the whole experience is fantastic.

Tracy is so friendly and helpful. I found my dream dress. She turned finding my wedding dress from something that I was dreading, into something I will remember forever. Wonderful range of dresses. Personal and individual service (no sharing the shop with other brides!) Very reasonable prices. I was kept up to date with every step of my dress. Wish I could do it all again.
