Poor customer service , lack of communication also seems to defend his incompetence with lies .

My Vehicle had been booked in for today time 8.00am weds 28th December. The proprietor had previously left a message on my phone the previous day to remind me of my booked appointment. I had been arrived at 7.30am with a car with no heater (one of the reasons my vehicle had been booked in for) i was absolutely freezing!! However It became clear after having waited till 9.15 am and ringing the landline and premises door bell that no one was going show up! Whilst I was waiting i spoke to another customer who had also been booked in he to like me was completely bewildered. I Have never received an explaination or an apology Iam Compleley and utterly disgusted Ians Autos shame on you!!!!!!!!! Rang the landlines as fid another

I have been using Ian to maintain/service and do major jobs on my vehicle for many years now, Ian is extremely knowledgeable and competitively priced. Being in the motor trade myself I know hundreds of garages but I will always use Ian as I know the job will always be done to the highest standard!! Highly recommend anyone who wants their vehicle to be in trusted hands - take it to Ian.

Would not Help diagnose a mechanical failure with my Van because "It would be too much hard work" as it's not a VW. I mean, jesus christ. I applaud the laziness of this company but advise anyone to stay away from them if that is their work ethic
