Dura is one of my favourite companies to deal with. They provide a masterclass in customer service, support, and product quality. Bryan and the team were fantastic when I was choosing my units, making sure I understood the options and benefits of some different combinations. Highly recommended.

Recently completed my 2nd project with Dura. Their product is the best on the market in terms of looks, functionality & durability. Bryan & the team were excellent to deal with & they made the whole experience a pleasure. I am so pleased with the outcome!!!!!

Very pleased with my Dura cabinets and floor. I looked at other options but chose Dura on the quality of the product (a visit to their showroom is well worth doing) and how their design met the brief. The fitting team do a high-quality job. Recommended.

Bought DURA Toolbox in late 2011 its now 2018, i chased up the company to get the corrosion resolved to find out you only get 5 year warranty for corrosion. To anybody looking to buy a DURA Box, see attached pictures within 2 years of the warranty running out. NOT Built to last like i first thought. Now i have rotting toolboxes, BUYER BEWARE! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE............ Its now 2020 and the toolbox has rotted even worse, Steve from Dura came down twice offering a solution to patch up the box with a door. I wanted a better resolve as the toolbox was clearly faulty. The pull out draw you see in the pictures was a Dura engineers repair and has now completely collapsed due to the weak runners used. I will anually update the pictures so it can be publicly seen the poor quality toolbox's gradual demise. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE to DURA Response JULY 2020 Thanks for finally replying!!!! You offered a patch job and a few draw runners which never materialized. We use Fairy washing up liquid to clean our floors NOT the toolbox (See attached) as we advised your manager Steve in person when he visited. Whilst he was puzzled and had NO answers he was keen to blame high salt content and corrosive elements in the fairy liquid. Naturally we do not associate a basic washing up liquid as 'Corrosive', and would hope that your toolboxes would withstand something more than a liquid suitable for hand washing dishes. For the benefit of doubt lets assume we go with this, i have attached the pictures of the rotting cupboards on the inside where its never been touched with any moisture. What could we blame for inside the cabinets? There is a river 5 miles away you could blame that maybe?! Your after sales service is appalling for all to see, quick to sell, quick to dismiss.........
