Walkability: Everything easy to get too

I was issued a reimbursement because a fire had occurred and theyve asked us to move to another hotel.
I spent extra money to book another hotel because I needed to stay close to somewhere near my workplace. I was told to send the receipt and Ill be issued a refund.
3 months down the line and Im still chasing for my refund. Anytime I call the them, Ive being told it should be done by now.
I wish I never booked with this hotel. If I do not get my money this coming week, I will be taking this to tribunal court.
