David of CadMonkies has been enormously helpful and professional in all my dealings with him. He gave me invaluable advice when going through the purchase of my son's flat last year and is now helping me sort out some much needed alterations. He has drawn up sympathetic plans to replace a vertical attic staircase with a 'normal' staircase to the attic room in the flat. He has completely taken away the pain of dealing with the local planning departments regarding Listed Building Consent / Building Regulation Drawings etc. and all associated things that I don't understand. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending CadMonkies.
