        I incorrectly addressed a parcel full of Christmas presents, only realised it after it had been taken to the Post Office. I phoned in a panic and Jill calmed me down and assured me they would sort it. Which they did, searching through 16 bags and several phones calls later. Absolutely amazing service and so very kind and patient. Thank you!

        Yet again stood in a 15 min queue with one person serving. The staff are lovely here and always very efficient, but the number of people on the ground is rarely adequate. Why is there such priority allocated to the food store queues, yet this same commitment of human resources not provided by higher management for the post office. Still queueing!
