Dan's support from beginning to end was some of the best I have ever experienced. Communication from Dan was alway professional and timely and he assisted me with quite a big challenge that I faced and was extremely helpful and understanding towards getting my problem fixed asap. Received my Evo III rowing machine from Evoflow in November. I have to say, it is a very well built machine with comfortable seat and a really good, ergonomic handle design. It is easy on your wrist and in general on all the joints. I do recommend to read the instruction booklet carefully and follow the maintenance procedures as that will ensure this lovely equipment will last you for a long time. It's been very easy to assemble with an allen key and the instructions that comes in the box with the machine.

The Evo flow 3 is a very well built piece of kit. This machine is tough, professionally engineered and smooth - it isn't going to fall apart after a few months of use. Evo flow doesn't have the kudos of Concept 2 but this machine is way up there in terms of quality and performance. Plus Dan and the team at Evo-Flow are good at communicating. So thumbs up all round.

After a long wait due to Covid, I received my Evo 3 last week. It is a phenomenal rowing machine, great quality, extremely well made and great value at a fraction of the price of an equivalent Concept rower.
