        Had wax in my ear the audiologist told me to clear the wax out with cotton buds. I have spent last few days in bed with severe pain in my ear and head taking his advice. Complained to the managing director of soundadvice is said the advice was correct and he would do the same. I've since taken advice from NHS and there advise was never use anything to clear wax from ears only use a da me p cloth. I am not at all happy with Soundadvice will be looking elsewhere f to on now on
