Honeysuckle Barn Ltd

I ordered with Honeysuckle barn on 26th February 2023, it is now the 2nd May 2023. No sign of the order. We were advised of an 8 week lead time. I have now sent a couple of emails to which I have had no response.

I ordered a set of nest of tables. They took ages to arrive, however arrive they did and they are lovely. I just think communication and attention to customer care could be better

READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID. I ordered a toy box in January, it was due to arrive in March, when it didnt arrive I emailed and kept getting ignored. I finally received a message to say the item would be dispatched that week, again it never arrived and again my messages went on ignored. I finally gave up on them and managed to raise a case with Etsy and received a refund. I wish I had read reviews before as I would not have ordered from this company and would have ordered elsewhere and therefore had received my item I needed for a special event, which I now do not have after waiting months. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

DO NOT USE this company, like many of the reviews below we ordered a custom toy box from Esty which the toy box arrived damaged, the top was not fitted straight and the hinges are lose and the frame was cracked. We emailed them with pictures and they said another one would be delivered and the old on collected, we have been waiting 3 months and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed and chased them with very short abrupted replies! Since then site has been taken down from Esty so the only way to let anyone know is by leaving a review here. Please don't waste your money by ordering anything from this company!!!! Not worth the money you pay, I will be checking more google reviews in the future so this doesn't happen again.

Like others we placed an order in good faith that this would be delivered within the timeframe advised, this passed with no communication, I have sent e-mails / messages on their website with no response, see they are still posting on Facebook for new orders, AVOID as they are unlikely to arrive,
