I started with private lessons 2 months ago to help strengthen my body after a big injury and surgery last year. Victoria has been wonderful at adapting the sessions to accommodate my injury and I can really feel the benefit of the lessons. Lessons are made challenging yet fun!

I started my pilates journey back in 2020 during lockdown with VWELL Pilates, online. I was very much a beginner, as I'd only done the odd bit of yoga before. But not pilates. It was great to be placed into a class with people of similar standards to begin with. From then I have progressed to a higher level, thanks to Victoria. I am much more flexible (I used really suffer from feeling stiff) and my general health, mentally and physically, have both improved. Since covid I have been able to attend VWELL classes in person, which has only added to the already impressive tutoring. I can not recommend this highly enough. Thank you Victoria!

Victorias classes have helped me with my chronic pain and recurring sports injuries. She adapts exercises to suit my body and has taken time to understand and improve my muscle weaknesses. Ive seen an improvement in my well being too and the class environment is so welcoming. Its great to be able to exercise in a way thats helping my injuries rather than contributing to them! Very highly recommend.

Amazing classes here, noticeable difference within a few months, I feel stronger and Victoria has massively helped me understand the pain in my back which other pilates instructors I've been to haven't been able to help with. Massively massively recommend!
