I have been a Luxway customer for over 15 years after coming across their outstanding trade stand at Crufts in 2005! Ive made countless orders with higher than expected results. The lady in the office knows the dog world extraordinarily well (not surprising with over 40 years in the business!) & she is more than happy to share her knowledge & advice. I shall continue to purchase ONLY from Luxway as well as recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their hound. Id like to add that its sad to see a company be blamed for the incompetence of a customer who simply cannot use a simple online ordering drop down box system and fails to see a high quality product when its staring at their face! Its quite comical to read the negative reviews here made by miserable disgruntled people who can never be pleased after theyve clearly ordered the wrong item or dont understand anything about a quality canine product... it makes one worried what life their poor dogs are leading. Keep up the good work Luxway

Shockingly bad customer service. I had to give one star as I can't give a zero rating. I ordered a 12" black leather half check collar from their website which, although the order was confirmed as accepted, never arrived. Instead by post in a plain brown envelope came a 15" poor quality brown collar. There was no paperwork to accompany it, so I phoned twice and emailed several times to ask if they had sent this item and, if so, could they please send me a stamped SAE to enable me to return it. I had not ordered, did not want, nor had any use for a 15" brown half check collar. When I finally got a reply from a "Mark Edwards" in "Customer Service" he actually said in one of his emails "we dispute that you received a 15" half check round collar in brown as we do not have the colour brown in a 15" size !! only in Black as you ordered." I sent photos of the item I had received and I also told them that I had involved my bank to obtain a refund on the cost of my order and it was only then that they finally sent me a SAE to return the item, which I did immediately. Fortunately, as I had paid by credit card, after waiting the required period of time I was able to get my money back through my bank using chargeback. This company still hasn't acknowledged that they sent the wrong item and the note they sent to accompany the SAE was downright rude. Interestingly, as well as other poor reviews here, I have now seen others on social media and elsewhere including another case where the Company also denied sending an item to another customer until the customer sent evidence to prove receipt of it, so perhaps that's now their standard response. Post review - further comment: In response to my original review a representative of this company has stated that I "obviously tried to gain another order without paying." This is wholly untrue and libellous. I did not write the above review lightly as I have used this Company many times throughout their years of trading but after this experience I will never use them again and would advise others not to do so.

I am having to leave my review/feedback via google as they surprisingly (NOT!) Won't let me leave it on their website unless I am a member?? I purchased 2 bowls and two dish stands for my 2 Great Dane puppies as those sizes don't come by easily. The delivery was long/delayed and priced highly in my opinion (for the size and weight!). The day I received it upon opening I saw both items (dish & stand) covered in rust and bent/dented effecting the overall item and it's purpose I emailed them right away with pictures and expressed my upset of the standard and the quality I had received. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received a reply and when I couldn't leave a negative feed back on their website I emailed them again and got a reply today saying " that according to the pictures you took of the stands and bowls , we can see nothing wrong with the order." So 35 years of working within the dog show sector you think that standard is acceptable??? why would a brand new bowl and stand be covered in rust? why would a brand new stand be so bent its deformed that my dog cant eat out of it.... Absolutely disgusting service 0*
